Business Systems Analyst

Summary

Join HubSpot's Employee Commissions team as a Business Systems Analyst and play a critical role in scaling our commissions process, primarily focusing on managing our Xactly Incent instance. You will collaborate with Sales Operations, HR, and Engineering teams to implement incentive plan changes and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and business skills, including a deep understanding of sales incentive plans and experience with Sales Incentive tools. This role involves serving as the Xactly Incent subject matter expert, collaborating on reporting requirements, identifying operational enhancements, developing a deep understanding of sales incentive plans, and providing user training and support. Requirements

• Have 5+ years as an Xactly system administrator
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects in a team environment, fostering cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Xactly Incent and Analytics subject matter expert and systems administrator, overseeing all aspects of the tool. This includes implementing plan changes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity and process accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, and implement new reporting requirements
• Identify and implement operational enhancements to the monthly commissions process, including increased transparency into incentive plans for the sales team and continuous improvement of administrative processes
• Develop a deep understanding of sales incentive plans, associated data sources, and related systems
• Provide training and support to users on Xactly and incentive plans
