Summary
Join N-Power Medicine as a Staff Business Systems Analyst and contribute to transforming clinical trials. Reporting to the Associate Director, Software Architecture, you will lead business requirements analysis, develop strategies, and architect data structures. This remote or hybrid role (Bay Area preferred) requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. You will design complex systems, prioritize enhancements, and create comprehensive training curricula. The role involves up to 15% travel. Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Advanced analytical skills for complex system problems
- Experience supporting documentation of database solutions in architectural documents
- Experience supporting documentation of projects running on big data stack and cloud platforms
- Experience supporting documentation of data engineering projects
- Experience supporting documentation of distributed systems in architectural documents
- Experience supporting documentation required for release of software solutions within a regulated environment
- Drives projects in ambiguous environments
- Experience in managing program-level priorities
- Influences stakeholders at all levels
- Architects enterprise-level solutions
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements analysis and create requirements frameworks while aligning solutions with business goals and managing stakeholder expectations
- Develop business strategy recommendations
- Architect complex data structures, create data governance documentation, develop system integration specs, establish documentation standards, design data modeling frameworks
- Lead complex gap assessments and develop improvement processes while driving system optimization
- Design complex Jira workflow systems and architect Confluence knowledge bases, and create advanced automation schemes and cross-tool integrations
- Prioritize system enhancements and drive resolution initiatives
- Analyze and design data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems
- Create data quality standards and establish best practices
- Architect enterprise-level data mapping strategies
- Establish data quality standards and monitoring systems
- Design complex data models for cross-functional systems
- Guide technical implementation and lead complex data analysis initiatives
- Develop new analytical tools and frameworks
- Orchestrate cross-functional team collaboration
- Provide strategic updates to senior management
- Introduce innovative solutions and methodologies
- Lead process optimization initiatives
- Create and maintain enterprise-level documentation
- Conduct specialized system training sessions independently, and create comprehensive training curricula
- Resolve complex application issues, and perform root cause analysis of recurring problems
