This fully remote role focuses on developing and delivering training programs using the 70-20-10 methodology or David Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory for a new iGaming product. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience creating and conducting trainings, possess strong communication and public speaking skills, and be proficient in English and Russian. The position offers flexible hours, working within the Cyprus time zone, and involves a mix of training delivery and operational tasks. This is a B2B contract opportunity open to adult qualified specialists from any location.

Requirements

• Manage time effectively
• Quickly deal with change
• Convey information clearly, structuredly, and persuasively, both orally and in writing
• Have experience in creating and conducting trainings and online courses for at least 1 year
• Know how to work with programs for conducting online courses
• Have personal sales experience
• Be proficient in English and Russian language
• Possess high-level public speaking skills

Responsibilities

• Develop negotiation and sales skills for new employees
• Assess the effectiveness of training
• Conduct classroom and online trainings
• Participate in projects to implement customer focus in the ecosystem
• Exchange experience with business trainers from other countries in our ecosystem
• Coordinate groups
• Fill out reporting files
• Communicate with those responsible
• Create requests to provide the required access
