Summary

Join BambooHR's Customer Experience team as a skilled HR Consultant, providing expert support and guidance to external customers. You will be a key player in the BHR Admin Accelerator Program, helping clients optimize HR processes and achieve business goals. This remote position requires strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. You will work with clients on various HR tasks, including onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and compensation planning. The role involves facilitating change, documenting customer interactions, and reporting to the Director. Employment is contingent on passing background and credit checks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR consulting, customer success, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in the context of SaaS products like BambooHR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated HR consultant for external customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Conduct working sessions via video calls, acting as a strategic HR guidance to assist with various HR tasks and projects
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and providing coaching and guidance
  • Partner with HR Technical Trainer to identify and execute the right solution for the customer to achieve their business objectives and optimize their HR Tech Stack including BambooHR
  • Act as a change champion, facilitating positive change with teammates, customers, and stakeholders
  • Influence internal and external partners to innovate and drive our product forward
  • Encourage and support the adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes
  • Actively participate in the BHR Admin Accelerator Program, contributing to its success and evolution
  • Capture and document key learnings, customer feedback, and insights to inform future program phases
  • Collaborate with the Director and other team members to refine service offerings and improve customer experiences
  • Work with customers to develop strategies to ensure and maintain compliance
  • Assist customers with tasks such as onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, compensation planning, and total rewards leveraging BambooHR features to enhance customer operations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal guidelines, offering insights without providing direct policy advice
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including notes, data, and feedback
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Director, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Demonstrate clarity and confidence in written and verbal communication, as well as in presentations
  • Tie efforts to impact and value, clearly articulating the benefits and outcomes of services provided
  • Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence positive decisions and actions
