Requirements

  • Have 3–6+ years of experience in software engineering , automation , AI infrastructure , or machine learning
  • Are fluent in Python , APIs, and tools like LangChain , Zapier , Retool , or equivalent orchestration frameworks
  • Can take an ambiguous business process and craft an elegant, AI-powered solution
  • Build clean, scalable internal systems that people actually use
  • Are well-versed in the modern AI tooling stack and understand what tools to use where
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments , translating technical concepts to stakeholders across product, ops, and leadership
  • Are energized by speed, experimentation, and showing clear impact
  • Have a bias toward action , a systems mindset, and a love of measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-leverage, repetitive workflows across the company that can be transformed using AI and automation
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents , internal tools , and automated systems using LLMs, APIs, and modern orchestration frameworks
  • Rapidly prototype and launch proof-of-concepts (POCs) , gather feedback, and convert them into stable, maintainable production systems
  • Measure and report on ROI, time savings, and efficiency gains across teams and use cases
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed adoption , drive change management, and align efforts with business priorities
  • Maintain and evolve our internal Automation Library β€” a collection of reusable, scalable components and solutions
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends, tools, and platforms ; proactively recommend and implement solutions that scale across the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multifamily, SaaS , or operations-heavy environments
  • Prior contributions to open source AI or automation tools
  • Familiarity with RAG , agentic workflows , vector databases , or internal dev platforms
