Call Center Representative

Summary

Join our team as a full-time Scheduler based in Puerto Rico! This remote position requires fluency in Spanish and involves making outbound calls to schedule appointments, taking inbound calls from members, accurately entering notes into the scheduling system, following up on missed appointments, ensuring clear next steps, and flagging urgent issues. You will be supporting the Spanish-speaking queue daily. The ideal candidate possesses call center experience, fluency in both Spanish and English, comfort with CRMs and scheduling platforms, reliability, and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15–$17, depending on experience, and requires working PST hours while based in Puerto Rico. The start date is June 16th.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments
• Take inbound calls from members (mostly in Spanish)
• Enter notes into the scheduling system—accurately
• Follow up if someone misses or needs to reschedule
• Make sure every call ends with a clear next step
• Flag urgent issues to supervisors right away
