Campaign Manager

Summary

Join Kyivstar's Big Data team as a Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns across telecom and digital channels. Collaborate with clients to define campaign requirements, manage the entire campaign lifecycle, and monitor performance. Create reports, analyze user engagement, and develop case studies. Provide training and consultation on best practices. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a media agency or in-house marketing role (e.g., Media Manager, Campaign Manager)
• Experience working with databases, marketing analytics and performance reporting
• Familiarity with marketing effectiveness analysis, lead generation and financial performance indicators
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and processes
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Understanding of CRM systems integration for campaign execution
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and translate business needs into campaign requirements, including objectives, target segments, messaging flows, KPIs and timelines
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle: design, setup, execution, and ongoing support
• Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven adjustments to improve results
• Create campaign performance reports, user engagement analyses, and customer success case studies
• Provide consultation and training to clients, partners, and internal teams on best practices for campaign design, targeting and management

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregation functions)
