Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or a related role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or nonprofit-focused environment
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns across various marketing channels
- Experience creating and managing landing pages using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
- Expertise in creating content that resonates with nonprofit professionals
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or HubSpot
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Basic design skills
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with company goals and drive demand generation within the nonprofit sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, product marketing, sales, and external partners, to ensure campaigns are well-integrated and effective
- Research nonprofit audiences and use data and insights to segment audiences and tailor campaign messaging for maximum impact
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
- Design and manage landing pages for campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and conversion
- Create compelling email campaigns, including workflows and automated sequences, to nurture leads and engage nonprofit organizations
- Incorporate partner collaboration into campaign strategies to amplify reach and impact
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars tailored to nonprofit professionals, managing logistics, attendee communication, and post-webinar follow-ups for a seamless experience
- Develop and contribute to engaging content across blogs, social media, and email copy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and nonprofit sector needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, partners, and internal teams to create content that addresses key nonprofit challenges, trends, and opportunities
- Analyze performance across webinars and content channels to apply insights that optimize engagement, reach, and impact
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization
- Use marketing analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and refine strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems like Virtuous is a plus
