Requirements

  • Experience implementing social ad strategies with a sizeable budget
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
  • Extensive knowledge in Digital Marketing Campaign Coordination
  • Knowledge about the Facebook Pixel and Tracking
  • Solid experience creating, growing, and managing online communities
  • Detail-oriented with great analytical skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest developments in social media marketing
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance, advertising budgets and targeting parameters
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (Paid Social, Google Ads, Newsletters & Websites)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimise ads
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for future strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in more than two languages
  • Experience working with several brands or products with different target groups
  • Passion about responsible travel and bringing cultures together
