Summary

The job is for a Campaign Services Coordinator at the Working Families Party. The role involves promoting WFP's campaign services, building the program, assessing campaign needs, coordinating and implementing campaign services, and supporting endorsed candidates and campaigns. The position requires at least 3 cycles of experience in electoral campaigns, advanced computer skills, and experience with voter file software and mobilization tools.

Requirements

  • At least 3 cycles of experience in electoral campaigns
  • Proven track record of writing concise, clear, and compelling voter outreach content and an eye for visually appealing voter materials
  • Advanced computer skills, including GSuite (Gmail, Google Docs & Spreadsheets)
  • Advanced level of experience working with VAN, Votivate, or other voter file software
  • Experience with mobilization tools (Mobilize, Scale to Win, ThruTalk, Spoke, Action Network, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Grows and facilitates the Campaign Services program
  • Promotes WFP’s campaign services to candidates and partner organizations
  • Is accountable for building the campaign services program including establishing and meeting revenue goals
  • Works with candidates, campaign managers, and/or their teams to assess campaign needs, and help plan solutions that make sense for the campaign and their budget
  • Coordinates and implements campaign services with high-quality customer service
  • Represents the WFP by being responsive, helpful, and detail-oriented when supporting campaigns in their work
  • Works to support our endorsed candidates and campaigns by using the WFP’s infrastructure, relationships, and political resources to help ensure victory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked as or for a vendor of electoral campaign services
  • Experience with graphic design and/or video editing software

Benefits

  • Compensation: The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $68,000 annually
