Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally
• Address customer concerns, including order tracking, returns, and general inquiries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
• Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential marketing opportunities, such as gift guides
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with our marketing team to enhance brand visibility
• Identify and engage with potential influencers for collaborations
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates
• Monitor and track the performance of influencer and affiliate partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with card games or similar products is a bonus
