Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally
- Address customer concerns, including order tracking, returns, and general inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential marketing opportunities, such as gift guides
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions
- Work closely with our marketing team to enhance brand visibility
- Identify and engage with potential influencers for collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates
- Monitor and track the performance of influencer and affiliate partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with card games or similar products is a bonus
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
