Campus Technology Recruiter

Summary

Join our team as an experienced recruiter to help find and hire outstanding interns for our Technology teams at Jane Street. We're looking for someone who can manage their own workflow, drive our recruiting strategy forward, and bring fresh ideas to our approach and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within university tech recruiting
• Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of the candidate landscape; able to help us anticipate where we need to go next to find great hires
• Self-starter who can prioritise tasks, stay organised, and turn ideas into action
• Flexible team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
• Approachable and humble about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
• Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
• Willing and excited to travel to recruiting conferences and events as needed
• Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

• Manage your own workflow while helping teammates and internal business partners to drive our recruiting strategy forward
• Facilitate interviews, source and pipeline candidates, maintain real-time updates in our applicant tracking system and with data reporting tools, and assist with various recruitment events
• Help plan, improve, and run our internship and in-house programmes
