  • Flexible team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
  • Approachable and humble about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture

  • Manage a high volume pipeline of full-cycle candidate management during campus recruiting season
