Join our team as an experienced recruiter to help find and hire outstanding interns for our Software Engineering teams at Jane Street. We're looking for someone who can manage their own pipeline, bring fresh ideas, and optimize our recruiting approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within university tech recruiting
• Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of the candidate landscape; able to help us anticipate where we need to go next to find great hires
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks, stay organized, and turn ideas into action
• Flexible team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
• Approachable and humble about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
• Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
