Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting preferably with interview coordination and candidate experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Ensure the best candidate experience by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers
• Identify opportunities and develop projects to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide data and metrics reports to the recruiting team
• Oversee the Candidate Experience survey, monitoring response rates, following up on feedback, developing monthly reports, and identifying improvements in partnership with the team
• Coordinate the Interviewer Recognition Program to appreciate and motivate interviewers
