Summary

Join Deel, a rapidly growing global payroll and HR platform, as our in-house HR expert for Spain. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle for our EOR employees, providing comprehensive support and driving process improvements. This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience in a fast-paced international HR environment. You will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, handle HR administration tasks, and collaborate with product and operations teams to scale our systems. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
  • Having qualifications and certifications in HR is a valuable asset
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages
  • Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
  • Data driven: you challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Being our in house HR expert for Spain , and handling all complex people related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel
  • Owning and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits
  • Providing a high-level of support to our EOR employees, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
  • Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
  • Providing a high touch local experience where required, and helping the product and operations team create systems that can scale with Deel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
