Care Product Operations Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and software development processes
• Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Project management skills and experience managing complex projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and marketing to plan and execute product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and ready for a successful go-to-market
• Track and analyze key product metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to product management and engineering teams
• Work closely with engineering, operations, customer support, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product operations and enhance efficiency
• Assist with technical issues and escalations, working with engineering teams to resolve problems quickly
• Manage and optimize tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including roadmaps, specifications, and process guides
