Summary

Join our team as a Carrier Onboarding Manager and play a crucial role in post-sales carrier engagement, building trust, removing blockers, and engaging with carriers to ensure their successful adoption and continued satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience 2-4 years in a customer success, account management, carrier support or sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with carriers through both written and spoken communication
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with customer success/support software and CRM systems is a plus
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Highly adaptable, happy and driven

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding sessions to empower carriers with the knowledge and skills to maximize card usage
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding carrier needs and aligning them with our solutions
  • Provide responsive and effective carrier support, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the support team, engineering, product and marketing to function as the eyes and ears of what’s happening on the ground
  • Act as the voice of the carrier within the organization, providing feedback to product and development teams to drive improvements
  • Monitor carrier health to help reduce churn and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Regularly review carrier accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Advocate for carriers’ needs and interests, ensuring their perspectives are considered in company decisions

Benefits

  • $70,000 - $80,000 a year
  • OTE: $20,000 - 30,000 USD
  • Stock option grant
