Responsibilities

• Provide amazing customer service to clients with quick responses to requests, clear communication, attention to detail, and timely follow-up on outstanding items
• Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to complete and manage assigned workload
• Follow documented processes to complete assigned workload
• Source carriers for bids, projects, or one-off needs
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide insightful reports to enhance decision-making processes
• Identify and onboard new carriers to enhance our service offerings
• Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships
• Build relationships with carriers based on the company’s business needs to secure additional capacity to meet the sales team's demands
• Negotiate rates with carriers to secure efficient capacity to meet company business needs
• Ensure successful project completion through effective management

Preferred Qualifications

• Desirable experience with 3GTMS, DAT, ITS, and other market-costing data services
• Familiarity with various web services for carrier procurement, onboarding, and monitoring
