Summary
Join SMG as a Demand Generation Specialist and help fuel our growth by executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team. This role is vital in expanding SMG's brand footprint and reinforcing our leadership in experience management. SMG offers a remote-first work environment, unlimited PTO, and a diverse, supportive team. The position requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with 2-4 years of demand generation experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Success in this role demands strong event planning, collaboration skills, and experience with design and video creation tools.
Requirements
- A creative yet analytical mindset—you love building campaigns and measuring their impact
- 2-4 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong event planning and execution skills—including identifying event opportunities, managing logistics, coordinating pre- and post-event promotions, and representing the brand in external settings
- Ability to collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and sales teams to ensure successful event outcomes and ROI
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and collaborative approach
- Experience with design tools and video creation/editing platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance campaign production or performance
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Research and evaluate conferences and events, building a comprehensive calendar to ensure SMG has a meaningful presence at high-impact industry events
- Support the creation and promotion of webinars, newsletters, and other campaign content
- Assist in the development and execution of creative assets including email templates, videos, social media graphics, and landing pages
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance and improve content creation workflows
- Help align and integrate marketing initiatives across all our ICPs, ensuring our messaging and outreach resonates with distinct, diverse audiences
- Partner cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment
- Provide performance reporting, analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Outreach or similar Sales Execution platform familiarity
- Previous ABM platform experience
