Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing customer data platforms and driving data-driven marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in CDP tools and technologies
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI
  • In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data governance. Familiarity with digital marketing principles and customer lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with APIs, data warehousing solutions, and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data governance practices

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the CDP ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and data systems
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into the CDP, ensuring data consistency and integrity
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy to leverage customer data for personalized marketing and improved customer experiences
  • Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Present findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant data points
  • Develop personalized marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, and Website CRO teams to lead personalization and implementing multiple CDP projects
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and practices to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company standards. Monitor data quality and address any issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer data and campaign performance. Provide regular updates to stakeholders
