Summary

Join our team as a high-performing Account Executive to drive net-new business growth in the Automotive vertical, targeting mid-market dealer groups. You will focus on new business acquisition (80%) and expanding existing relationships (20%), partnering with our Manager, Automotive Vertical and Customer Success Managers. This quota-carrying role requires managing deals, exceeding annual quota expectations, delivering accurate forecasting, and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance GTM efforts and stay current on industry trends. The role involves travel for customer meetings and industry events. Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of new business acquisition in mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
  • Prior sales experience in the automotive industry (required)
  • Strong network within automotive dealer groups, OEMs, or the broader auto tech ecosystem
  • Familiarity with automotive technology platforms such as CRM, DMS, and CDP systems (e.g., CDK, DealerSocket, VinSolutions)
  • Proven ability to manage multi-threaded, complex sales cycles from prospect to close
  • Experience meeting or exceeding annual quota in a $500K+ sales environment
  • Adept with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Self-starter with high integrity, a competitive edge, and a passion for winning

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process with a focus on net-new business acquisition in the automotive vertical
  • Prospect into mid-market dealer groups and other automotive organizations to build pipeline and close deals
  • Drive pipeline growth through a combination of outbound efforts, collaboration with SDRs, and marketing-supported campaigns
  • Manage deals averaging $50K+ in ARR with sales cycles typically 1–2 months
  • Meet or exceed annual quota expectations (currently $600K annual; $150K quarterly target)
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain high-quality CRM hygiene
  • Engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive decision-makers and business/technical users
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and strategic partners to enhance GTM efforts in the auto vertical
  • Stay current on industry trends, evolving customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings, dealership visits, and key industry events
