Join McGaw.io as an Account Lead, Solutions and lead client relationships to ensure successful strategy, design, and implementation of complex marketing solutions. Manage client relationships, diagnose client needs, and provide recommendations. Act as the matrixed team lead for solution delivery, collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams. Perform hands-on work as needed, including CDP, marketing automation, and analytics implementation. Architect data flows, work with developers and analysts, interpret marketing analytics, and QA team work. This fully remote position (US-based, ideally working 9am-5pm EST) offers competitive salary with profit sharing, unlimited PTO, and various other benefits.
Requirements
Be experienced across a full Marketing Tech Stack. This includes Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data warehousing and lakes, marketing analytics, and business intelligence
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, with an objective of ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Diagnose client needs and marketing technology to provide recommendations and strategies for meeting business objectives
- Team lead for strategy and delivery of marketing and data solutions
- Provide accurate and detailed specifications for work to direct the team
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment to budget, timeline, and expectations
- Run regular client meetings with executive stakeholders, as well as with middle-management and delivery teams
- Work cross-functionally (internally and externally) with marketing, product, development and technology teams
- Some hands-on work with the implementation of CDP, marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, data, and business intelligence projects
- Act as an architect (often in concert with a dedicated Solutions Architect) to plan data flows and systems maps
- Work with developers and analysts to implement marketing and analytics tracking through Google Tag Manager
- Interpret marketing analytics data to assess success, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- QA technical and written work by team members to ensure they are of appropriate quality and ready for delivery to production
- Lead client growth and optimization strategy to identify revenue opportunities to have a 6-month roadmap for your clients
- Secure approval from the client to conduct either a case study or video testimonial of their project at 3 months, 6 months, and/or at project completion 85% of the time
- Retain 80% of clients in recurring contracts over a rolling 3-month period
- Achieve a labor efficiency ratio of 3.0+ on client projects by your 90th day
- Expand project size/scope/revenue 10% of the time by the third month of work with a client
- Accomplish 90% of the clientβs objectives during the project timeline
- Guide implementations and train client teams on best practices and how to activate and generate ROI from their technology investment
