Responsibilities

• Design and implement a tiered stakeholder engagement strategy to support GM&S’ mid-term management plan program delivery
• Collaborate with senior leadership to coordinate and execute program milestones
• Activate program ambassadors across regions and business units
• Conduct regular stakeholder ‘temperature checks’ and share insights with leadership
• Define and monitor program KPIs, delivering clear, actionable reporting
• Lead a structured cadence of program reviews, adjustments, and continuous improvement
