Summary

Join 66degrees as a Senior Contractor for a remote, 20-hour per week assignment (3+ months, potential extension) focusing on change management for a Microsoft to Google Workspace migration. Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies. Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in organizational change management, preferably in the Technology industry
  • Experience in change management for a Microsoft to Google Workspace migration is a requirement
  • Google Workspace and Gemini Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet, Gemini App, etc
  • Training Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design abilities
  • User Enablement: Experience in change management, user support, and adoption strategies
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Confident working with people across all levels of organizations, ranging from end users to C-level executives
  • Calm, positive, and upbeat even under high-pressure or unpredictable circumstances
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eagerness to work in a teamwork/collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams and senior leaders to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Identify and analyze key stakeholders' needs, concerns, and expectations related to change initiatives. Develop tailored communication and engagement plans to address these factors
  • Create clear and effective communication plans, including messages, channels, and timing, to ensure that employees are well-informed about upcoming changes
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable
  • Background in professional services/consulting
