Requirements

  • Proven experience of 7 years in Project Management, Organizational Change Management or Business Optimization
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels within an organization (impact of project strategy/deployment approach on delivery impacts)
  • You have a proven track record in developing clear, compelling, and concise messaging
  • You are excellent at sensing organizational dynamics and trends/developments
  • You proactively identify opportunities to enhance relationships and partner engagements
  • You build rapport with internal and external partners quickly
  • You are also a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment across global hours with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a curiosity around life sciences, strategy, digital, innovation, agility, workforce topics
  • Collaborative, team-oriented with a focus on client service, ability to work successfully in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty
  • You bring a can-do attitude, work hands-on and are committed to upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Advising our customers on the conceptual and operational design of Change processes as part of software introductions, especially SAP S/4 HANA
  • Creation of stakeholder analyzes according to individual customer needs and assessment the progress of change
  • Conception of change strategies, change stories, change architectures and measure roadmaps
  • Design of communication strategies to proactively support organizational adjustments for our customers and to support them during the process
  • Supporting our customers in designing their change process in workshops and seminars
