Change Manager

Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, a leading ICT employer in Hungary, and become a Change Manager. You will develop and implement change management plans, evaluate impact, identify and mitigate risks, and lead change initiatives. This role requires strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills, along with experience in managing multicultural teams. Fluency in German and English is essential, along with application management experience and knowledge of ITIL. The position offers the possibility of remote work within Hungary.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Change Manager
• Fluent Business German and English
• Application Management experience
• Deep knowledge regarding Service Operation processes, preferably shown by a corresponding ITIL certification
• Good negotiation skills
• Affinity to and knowledge of quality management methodologies
• High analytical skills
• Management experience in multi-cultural teams
• Willingness to work alone

Responsibilities

• Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives
• Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change
• Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
• Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
• Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process
• Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives
• Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels
• Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these
• Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams
• Take part in the meetings
