Requirements
- Experience in IT change management, IT service management, or a related IT operations role
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and change management frameworks

Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT change management activities to ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks and company policies
- Assess change requests for potential risks, impacts, and dependencies
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure necessary approvals
- Maintain accurate documentation of change records and reports
- Communicate change details, schedules, and impacts to stakeholders
- Monitor post-change performance and ensure adherence to rollback plans if needed
- Identify opportunities to enhance IT change processes and minimize operational disruptions
