Requirements

• Experience in IT change management, IT service management, or a related IT operations role
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and change management frameworks
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT change management activities to ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks and company policies
• Assess change requests for potential risks, impacts, and dependencies
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure necessary approvals
• Maintain accurate documentation of change records and reports
• Communicate change details, schedules, and impacts to stakeholders
• Monitor post-change performance and ensure adherence to rollback plans if needed
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT change processes and minimize operational disruptions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and risk management strategies
