Summary

Join HR Hints, a pioneering HR consulting firm, and become a People & Culture Partner. You will provide hands-on consulting to clients, building effective organizations through HR frameworks. Solve critical business challenges for diverse clients, setting up people-related processes to improve efficiency and employee experience. Design and implement hiring processes, analyze industry trends, and develop and implement the firm's original Culturivy® method. Participate in Culturivy® Institute initiatives and represent HR Hints at conferences. This role requires significant HR experience, consulting experience, and strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. Requirements

  • Experience working with an owner or founder; if none, minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist and similar roles, with hands-on involvement in key HR processes including performance management, organizational culture, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development
  • Knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments
  • Fluency in Polish is a must
  • Knowledge of English, min. B2+
  • Advanced problem-solving skills that demonstrate clear value to clients
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to client needs

Responsibilities

  • Providing hands-on, long-term business consulting to external clients (founders, owners, and leaders) to build effective organizations by establishing People & Culture frameworks through an HR subscription model
  • Solving critical business challenges for clients across small & medium businesses, startups, investors, and growing companies across all sectors
  • Setting up all people-related processes in order to improve business efficiency and employee experience
  • Designing and implementing hiring processes by helping to profile new roles, establishing effective selection strategies, and supporting recruitment panels
  • Analyzing industry trends, drawing strategic insights, and incorporating these findings when developing processes and advising clients
  • Developing and implementing our original method Culturivy® on the client's side
  • Being part of the initiatives organized by Culturivy® Institute
  • Representing HR Hints at conferences and other events
