Summary

Join Pax8 as a Channel Account Manager (CAM) and transform the way the world buys cloud technology. As a CAM, you will advocate for partners, guide them in solving business problems using cloud technology, and build long-term relationships. Your responsibilities include owning your sales pipeline, partnering with MSPs to understand their business goals, running product demos, collaborating with fellow CAMs, and staying updated on industry trends. Success involves understanding the Pax8 sales motion, closing deals, delivering demos, driving consistent revenue, and becoming a strategic partner-builder and mentor. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales experience in cloud, SaaS, or channel sales, is naturally curious and coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Pax8 offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $68,250 and an OTE of $105,000, along with a remote-first culture and career development programs.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in cloud, SaaS, or channel sales
  • Are naturally curious and coachable, with a passion for continuous learning
  • Are energized by building genuine relationships , not just chasing quotas
  • Love a fast-paced environment where you get to think strategically and act decisively
  • Are fearless on the phoneโ€”cold calls, discovery calls, or celebrating a close
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid grasp of technology solutions or eagerness to learn them
  • Track record of quota achievement in sales
  • High EQ: You build trust through communication, reliability, and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Own your pipeline from prospecting to close using Pax8โ€™s proven 30/60/90-day methodology
  • Partner with MSPs to understand their business goals and guide them toward cloud solutions in Continuity, Productivity, Security, and Infrastructure
  • Run product demos that make cloud concepts click and inspire confidence in the value of the solution
  • Collaborate with fellow CAMsโ€” elevating others by sharing knowledge, mentoring new team members, and celebrating big (and small) wins
  • Stay curious: stay ahead of industry trends and updates from our 140+ vendor partners
