Summary
Join Jamf as a Senior Channel Account Manager and drive incremental revenue through channel partners. Based remotely in the Phoenix, AZ area, this role requires regular on-site collaboration in Chandler, AZ. You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify and empower partner sales teams, and create targeted campaigns. Responsibilities include attaining sales targets, resolving partner/customer issues, and identifying end-customer needs. Success in this role demands strong channel sales experience, proven quota achievement, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant channel/industry experience
- Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and inspiring channel sales professionals
- Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated quota achievement
- Channel sales and software experience with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and routes to market
- Ability to effectively present business and technical concepts to all levels of a partner or end-customer organization
- Knowledge of financial terms and concepts to understand the partner’s business and to justify investments in the partner
- Find, create, and foster relationships across all organizational levels: Partner(s), Apple, and Jamf
- Mastery of industry trends around Apple, mobility, security, and other relevant fields
- Ability to lead partner conversations to establish Jamf's unique value proposition as it pertains to partners and Apple's priorities
- Working experience with Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Enthusiastically accept new challenges and lead by example
- HS Diploma / GED Degree (Required)
Responsibilities
- Attain assigned sales targets and/or other key measures of success
- Develop and execute a business plan in collaboration with the partner and all relevant parties to dramatically grow channel-created business with assigned partner(s)
- Identify, empower, and assist partner sales and marketing team members and their partner activities
- Develop an appropriate strategy for the assigned partner(s) and lead team members responsible for these partners
- Develop targeted campaigns, success metrics, and investment cases and assign partners to grow channel-sourced opportunities
- Work with the Channel Marketing team to create relevant content for partner sales enablement
- Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow-through by appropriate Jamf employees
- Identify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product Management
- Attend appropriate events/trade shows to engage partner sellers and communicate the Jamf value to their customers and prospects
- Create measurable and timely objectives, strategies, and pertinent campaigns to achieve desired business outcomes, reflected in a jointly developed business plan with the partner that is in sync with the partner’s and Jamf’s objectives
- Lead the partner marketing strategy, collaborate with Jamf channel marketing on campaign development and execution tied to business plan objectives
- Execute on a business plan, course correct as needed, and report results to Jamf leadership
