Responsibilities

  • Manage existing channel accounts
  • Generate significant revenue through upselling and cross-selling within existing channel accounts
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to minimize dissatisfaction
  • Work closely with channel partners to understand their business strategy and implement actions to support their growth
  • Constantly review the partner's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
  • Achieve growth in sales within the region against set targets
  • Engage in regular networking events or outreach activities, leveraging both existing contacts and cold outreach
  • Convert cold contacts into engaged leads or partners within a reasonable time frame

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a similar role within the technology or related industry (Civil engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environmental)
