Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of proven track record of success in channel marketing roles within the SaaS or IT industry
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner ecosystem management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, PRM systems, Nearbound platforms, referral software and analytics tools
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies around channel including personas, segmentation and overall marketing strategies
- Maintain and curate assets built specifically for partners. Monitor utilization and report on key metrics and performance
- Own key assets including newsletters and other informational assets to keep key channel segments informed and aware of new products and features
- Create and deliver impactful marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs to enable partners to effectively promote and sell our products
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and co-branded content, to generate leads and drive pipeline growth
- Track and analyze channel marketing performance metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and partner satisfaction, and leverage insights to refine strategies and tactics
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, including distributors, resellers, alliances and technology partners, to drive mutual success and foster a collaborative ecosystem
- Manage channel marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI
- Own key launch strategies to grow channel partner knowledge, understanding and awareness of new features
- Work closely with the Channel management team to understand critical business needs and devise solutions to drive channel growth
- Collaborate with the PMM team to understand key upcoming product launches. Align on what to prioritize
- Gain insight from the sales enablement team on how to improve training content
- Work with partners and agencies to drive pipeline growth
