Join Fuel iX, a leading generative AI technology company, as our Customer Experience Channel Sales Manager. This role involves managing internal and external sales channels, building partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retailers, and driving revenue growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide partner training and support, analyze market trends, and ensure partner compliance. The position requires significant B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, proven channel management success, and expertise in selling CX solutions to enterprise organizations. This role offers a hybrid or remote work option with some travel expected. Requirements
- Current and significant experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of managing channels to success
- Experience selling B2B SaaS technology and CX solutions into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders required
- Experience selling digital tools into the contact center space, and deep contact center software industry product knowledge, required
- Ability to lead and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex AI solutions to multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement
- Ability to communicate clearly and cut through ambiguity
- Evangelize the benefits of our digital product suite in a concise and straightforward manner
- Strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities based on market needs
- Ability to successfully communicate and partner with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
- Comfort level with change as it relates to selling an evolving product suite
- Self-starting closer with the proven ability to grow key relationships and build a wide pipeline of new business
- Excellence in time management, task prioritization, and evaluation of situational urgency
- Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction
- Some travel to client and office locations will be expected (25-40%)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize existing Fuel iX CX sales channels
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success
- Provide partners with the necessary training, support, and resources to effectively sell Fuel iX products and services
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep partners updated on new products and sales techniques
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for partners to maximize revenue growth
- Capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans
- Set and monitor sales targets for channel partners
- Manage sales funnels and forecast opportunities to ensure consistent pipeline growth
- Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to identify new opportunities for growth
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve channel sales strategies
- Implement promotional and marketing activities to boost partner sales
- Work with the marketing team to develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns
- Ensure that partners adhere to Fuel iX's policies and regulations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual agreements and ethical standards
- Address and resolve potential conflicts between partners and internal sales teams
- Mediate disputes and ensure a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals
