Summary

Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience (staffing solutions, healthcare, general business)
- Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Local US accent is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Gmail, RingCentral, SalesForce, Monday.com , Time Clock Wizard
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and RingCentral
- Have experience selling staffing solutions to businesses, preferably in Healthcare
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Track all activities in SF, maintain tasks and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate lead pain points and challenges to Placements and IMs
- Maintain a well-developed, and nurtured pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with leads
- Meet and/or exceed set goals
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Openness and willingness to be trained and coached
- Perform ad hoc-related tasks as assigned
- Maintain correct data entry into the Sales Report
- Other side tasks assigned by Sales Manager
