We are seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO with 3+ years of executive leadership experience in the pest control industry to lead our company through its next phase of growth and expansion. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational excellence, delivering superior value to customers, employees, and shareholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, entomology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of executive leadership experience in the pest control industry
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge of pest control operations, industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plan
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, service delivery, customer support, and administration
• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets and expansion opportunities
• Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team and workforce
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Embrace and leverage technology and innovation to enhance service delivery
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with investors, board members, and other stakeholders
