Summary

We are seeking a results-driven CEO with 5+ years of executive leadership experience in the landscaping industry to lead our strategic entry into the residential landscaping market. The CEO will drive operational excellence, deliver superior value to customers and shareholders, and shape the direction and growth of our residential landscaping business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of executive leadership experience in the landscaping industry
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge of the residential landscaping market, industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented focus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for the residential landscaping division
• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities in the residential landscaping sector
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, production, and customer service
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team and workforce
• Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the residential landscaping division
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and safety regulations governing the residential landscaping industry
• Communicate effectively with investors, board members, and other stakeholders
