Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ of executive leadership experience in the landscaping industry
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge of the residential landscaping market, industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for the residential landscaping division
• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities in the residential landscaping sector
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, production, and customer service
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team and workforce
• Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the residential landscaping division
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and safety regulations governing the residential landscaping industry
• Communicate effectively with investors, board members, and other stakeholders
