Requirements

• Proven success scaling a company in an operational / financial leadership role at a well-run larger company; with additional start-up experience a plus
• Seasoned executive who has successfully led a variety of functional departments (e.g. any of finance, ops, HR, sales, marketing, product, …)
• Demonstrated impact from implementing performance management and goal-setting processes corporate-wide and across departments
• Deep understanding of financial and operational business drivers, with the ability to analyze and synthesize quickly and accurately
• Process and metrics-driven, with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
• Superior project and engagement management skills
• Strong leader, influencer and change agent

Responsibilities

• Own, build, lead the OKR (or similar) process to align the company around clearly defined, prioritized goals
• Develop, track, and manage budget and cash flow across the organization to support OKRs and reduce burn
• Design, implement and run optimal communications and decision-making processes across the company
• Produce timely and accurate financial reports and analyses which reflect operational choices and their impact
• Implement, manage and streamline company’s daily operations, incl. finance, HR, legal, office, admin, payroll, A/P, A/R, …
• Provide analytical, consulting, and execution support across teams and for our clients
• Help develop and maintain well-researched, data-driven, value-based pricing models across products and services
• Lead or support special projects, as needed
