Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that supports ZOE’s mission and growth objectives
  • Lead the optimization of finance, accounting, and related processes to drive operational efficiency
  • Implement and manage the automation of routine business processes
  • Plan and implement corporate structure changes to ensure cost-efficient resource allocation and liquidity management
  • Cultivate a planning culture through robust forecasting, budgeting, and extending the role of Finance & Accounting as a strategic business partner
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial plans with overall business strategy
  • Establish and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, in compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and key vendors
  • Assist the CEO in fundraising activities, including preparing board decks and managing due diligence processes
  • Continuously assess financial risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies
