Summary

Join Career Renew as a Chief of Staff - Crypto to work directly with Co-Founders, manage priorities, drive key initiatives, and streamline operational efficiency across the organization. Requirements

  • 3+ years as Chief of Staff/Executive Business Partner in fast-paced settings
  • 1+ year in crypto with strong ecosystem knowledge
  • Independent worker in dynamic environments
  • Strong strategic mindset with critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Active on social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, or Farcaster)

Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day internal operations, including legal compliance, governance, and strategic project management. Streamline processes to enhance organizational efficiency
  • Project Management: Lead and execute tactical projects across the organization, such as recruiting, organizing events, supporting accounting, and managing external service providers (e.g., PR firms). Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet internal objectives
  • Scaling Support: Drive the expansion of product, operations, and business development functions by implementing scalable processes and systems that support the company’s growth trajectory
  • Cross-functional: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and coordinating efforts to ensure seamless project execution
  • Internal Reporting: Lead the creation and dissemination of internal reports, providing concise and actionable updates to key stakeholders. Ensure that reporting mechanisms are consistent and data-driven
  • Problem Solving: Take a hands-on approach to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring that all departments can meet their goals without unnecessary delays
  • Talent Acquisition: Provide strategic support in the recruitment and onboarding of key roles, working closely with founders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Compliance Management: Collaborate with legal and governance teams to ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the Co-Founders, offering strategic insights while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion
