Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to break down problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact with leadership, customers, and external partners
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to solving problems and influencing decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to define, track, and execute strategic priorities across the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Drive key business processes, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and board updates, to ensure focus and accountability and relieve operational burden on the leadership team, particularly the CEO
- Act as a bridge across departments—Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success—to align teams, remove roadblocks, and drive business outcomes
- Provide interim oversight and direction for the Marketing team in close coordination with the CEO
- Define and oversee OKRs & KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level
- Support the CEO with preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and public presentations, driving clear and compelling messaging
- Lead and execute high-impact, CEO-driven initiatives such as go-to-market strategy, investor updates, and key partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in enterprise sales
- Marketing skills
- MBA or experience in a role in the CEO's office or leadership
