Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO, Strategy and Executive Leadership team to implement the company's strategic plan and manage progress against goals
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple departments and work with the program office through collaboration with executive leadership
- Conduct analysis to support strategic decision-making and synthesize findings into clear recommendations and actionable plans
- Build and manage relationships with external partners, including vendors, customers, and industry organizations
- Drive internal communication of strategy, ensuring that all employees are informed and engaged in the company's mission and priorities jointly with the communications department
- Manage special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO
- Assists Executive Leaders to maintain OKR (Objectives and Key Results) status and progress to ensure effective implementation of company strategic initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and various departments, ensuring information flows efficiently
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance overall organizational efficiency
- Prepare and organize materials for regular executive meetings, director meetings, board meetings, shareholder meetings, etc. ensuring agenda items are addressed effectively
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree in business or global equivalent in related discipline
- MBA or global equivalent preferred
- May hold two or more industry certifications
