Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in a strategic support role, ideally in a technology or sales-focused environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Solid organizational and coordination abilities, with an eye for detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Business acumen and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with a passion for solving Commercial challenges
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to support the development and execution of strategies that align with company objectives
- Conduct research and analyze customer data (e.g., satisfaction scores, churn rates, and engagement metrics) to inform decision-making
- Prepare materials such as presentations, reports, and updates for the Commercial team, and present in internal meetings and external customer engagements
- Facilitate communication between company leaders, Commercial Leaders and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities
- Track action items, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of Commerical projects and initiatives
- Assist in analyzing metrics and trends, preparing dashboards and summaries for company leadership review
- Act as a bridge between the Commercial leadership and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, team syncs, or industry events on behalf of the team when required
- Manage smaller-scale special projects or initiatives assigned by leadership, ensuring successful and timely outcomes
- Research Commercial industry best practices and provide recommendations to improve team processes and customer outcomes
- Drive collaboration across teams to achieve customer-centric goals and deliverables
