Join interface.ai as Chief of Staff and serve as the CEO's right hand, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Collaborate across departments to align teams and remove roadblocks. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup, and possess strong business acumen, communication skills, and analytical abilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to break down problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact with executive leadership, customers, and external partners
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to solving problems and influencing decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or experience in a role in the CEO's office or management consulting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to define, track, and execute strategic priorities across the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Drive key business processes, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and board updates, to ensure focus and accountability
- Act as a bridge across departments—Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to align teams, remove roadblocks, and drive business outcomes
- Lead and execute high-impact, CEO-driven initiatives such as go-to-market strategy, investor updates, and key partnerships
- Define KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level
- Represent the CEO in meetings with customers, investors, and partners, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on deliverables
- Support the CEO with preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and public presentations, driving clear and compelling messaging
- Partner with HR and leadership to build, scale, and retain top talent across the organization
