- 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or organizational development
- Proven track record in a leadership role
- Open to traveling 10-30% of the time, as needed for the role
- Considerations include bachelor's degree, advanced degree, and/or relevant field(s) of study or professional experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the Founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive organizational goals
- Oversee scheduling, travel booking, dynamic deliverables, support deck and presentation development, and be completely comfortable with ad hoc requests
- Oversee and manage key projects from inception to completion
- Ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
- Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication
- Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings
- Ensure productive and efficient use of meeting time
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
