Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in high-performing environments such as consulting, investment banking, venture capital or as an operator at a tech scale-up
  • A strong analytical mindset with proven skills in data-driven decision-making, financial literacy and the ability to interpret P&Ls and budgets
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing multiple complex projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on execution, ensuring tasks and projects are delivered to a high standard
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation

Responsibilities

  • Manage leadership operations by driving agendas, optimising cadences, and preparing data-driven insights to enable key business decisions
  • Take end-to-end ownership of Immutable’s strategic planning processes, including company-wide OKRs, performance metric reporting and the design and facilitation of executive offsite
  • Lead and deliver cross-functional strategic projects, particularly those involving group functions such as People, Finance, Legal and Operations
  • Foster alignment and communication across the organisation by developing and executing on internal communications plans and managing key company-wide forums
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to shape strategy and translate it into actionable outcomes for the business
