Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in senior management, consulting, or similar strategic roles
  • Proven track record in executive support, project management, or business operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality and accuracy
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity appropriate for diverse client interactions
  • Communication Excellence : Superior written and verbal communication capabilities, particularly for managing inquiries

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive team to develop, implement, and monitor strategic business initiatives
  • Facilitate executive decision-making by providing analysis, insights, and recommendations
  • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion
  • Serve as a key advisor on organisational structure, process improvements, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of business processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity
  • Coordinate and manage executive communications, both internal and external
  • Act as primary liaison between executive leadership and internal teams
  • Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and external stakeholders as required
  • Represent the executive team in meetings and strategic discussions when appropriate
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across all business functions
  • Lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Support talent management initiatives and organisational development efforts
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence across the organisation
