Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience working at a leading consulting company, investment bank, and/or high growth technology company
  • High EQ and comfortable influencing all levels of the organization; Demonstrated examples of successfully influencing without authority
  • Team-oriented professional with a commitment to driving both strategic and operational performance and improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – polished, professional, clear, concise, and compelling
  • Maniacal attention to detail
  • Stellar project management skills and experience
  • You're a true self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of business problems
  • BA/BS Degree required

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Luma’s Co-Founders (CEO and CTO)
  • Lead high-priority strategic business initiatives, from idea through successful execution
  • Lead cross-functional task forces tackling strategic initiatives
  • Assist and communicate with Leadership Team to drive effective decision-making, program management, and metrics/measurement
  • Act as a key facilitator between different teams, ensuring that all parties are communicating and working towards the same goals – be the person who knows most about how the company operates
  • Serve as liaison with Founders regarding Luma’s culture, morale, and employee performance
  • Lead and manage the company’s annual/quarterly OKRs (Objective Key Results) planning process; Hold teams/departments accountable to their OKRs
  • Take control over the content and agendas for significant internal and external forums
  • Be a Meetings Master – manage regular company cadences such as Quarterly All Hands, Weekly Scrums, Weekly/Monthly Leadership Meetings, and more
  • Prepare board materials and strategy session decks for the CEO for meetings with the management committee and advisory board, preparing Founders for external speaking engagements as well as internal speaking engagements
