Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a top-tier university
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to tools and applications such as Airtable, Pipedrive, Notion, Make, and Zapier
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven reputation for punctuality, responsibility, and dependability in prior roles
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while proactively achieving goals
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively
  • Experience supporting multiple executives

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the COO to drive key strategic initiatives and ensure their successful implementation
  • Assist in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Sales team and other departments
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a point of contact for the Sales team and assist with various departmental needs
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams and departments
  • Organize and coordinate team events, meetings, and other activities
  • Take on miscellaneous tasks as required to support the COO and the broader team
  • Provide high-level administrative support to other departments when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration and Accountancy
