Requirements
- Be based in San Juan, Puerto Rico
- Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills for outreach and correspondence
- Be responsive in messages as needed, including weekends
- Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Be reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Be comfortable working independently, with a high level of ownership over work responsibilities
- Be proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay on top of responsibilities
- Be responsive to messages, including weekends, as needed (though weekend work is not expected)
- Be tech-savvy and experienced with tools like Notion and Google Calendar
- Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives or founders
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and communications
- Assist with booking reservations and researching local services (e.g., plumbers, cleaners, doctors)
- Support legal and KYC paperwork as well as personal tasks like setting up bank accounts
- Handle cold outreach via email and LinkedIn to potential clients or candidates, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Research and negotiate with local service providers
- Manage schedules and updates for eBay and Airbnb listings
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project progress
