Chief of Staff

Summary

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience with 3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience
• A background in managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple teams in a fast-growing organization, and a propensity for innovation
• Experience working in a fast paced, results-oriented work environment
• Experience building and maintaining simple to complex spreadsheets (can perform complex functions)
• High fluency and experience engaging directly with senior internal and external stakeholders
• A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement for this role
• Fluency in English with an ability to work in rural environments

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects: You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies and deliver special projects that align with the overall business objectives of Tupande, and improve operational efficiency
• Team management: You will also spend time supporting your direct reports on their professional development and daily work
• Lead internal team communication: You will manage routine activities within the Market Access team such as OKRs design and tracking, KPI reporting, providing regular reports and updates to senior management on operations
• Talent acquisition: You will directly help in building the team through strategic hiring
• Department efficiency and process improvement: You will identify and streamline bottlenecks in internal operations and manage tracking of important departmental controls
